Aamal Company announced the Board of Directors’ approval of the acquisition by Aamal Services Company, one of Aamal’s subsidiaries, of Real Estate Maintenance and Management Solutions Company (MMS) from a related party, namely Al-Faisal Holding.
Real Estate Maintenance and Management Solutions Company is considered one of the leading companies in Qatar that specializes in providing a range of air conditioning and electrical maintenance services, sanitary maintenance, cleaning and hospitality services inside buildings and shopping centers. Aamal Services Company has acquired 100% of Real Estate Maintenance and Management Solutions Company based on the value proposed by the independent evaluator amounting to 21.8 million Qatari riyals. The process of financing the acquisition of the company will be from the company’s internal sources, and no financing loans from banks will be used.
