Mazaya Real Estate Development Company Q.P.S.C. (“Mazaya”) discloses the ruling of the Court of Cassation No. 756 of 2023, where the court ruled on 09/19/2023 to cassate the Court of Appeal ruling issued in Case No. 78 of 2020 on 4/11/ 2023 related to the ongoing dispute with Sinohydro Corporation Limited.
Thus, the dispute returns to what it was before the appeal ruling was issued.
