Net Profits of QSE Listed
Companies Decline 18.5% to QAR 8.5 Billion in 1st Quarter

A total number of 46 companies (out
of 47) have disclosed their financial results for the 1st
quarter this year 2020. Total net profits of these companies for the
quarter amounted QAR 8.59 billion compared to QAR 10.54 billion for the
corresponding quarter last year 2019, a decline of 18.5%.
It is worth-noting that QSE Index has
dropped since the beginning of the year till the date of this report by
16.8%.
