The Qatari Investors Group announced that it has been decided to open nominations for membership in the Board of Directors of the Qatari Investors Group (Q.P.S.C.) for the next three years (2026, 2025, 2024), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (11) of 2015 promulgating the Commercial Companies Law. As amended by Law No. (8) of 2021, the Corporate Governance System, and the company’s bylaws documented on 04/02/2015, provided that the deadline for receiving nomination forms begins from the beginning of working hours on Wednesday, corresponding to 15/11/2023, until the end of working hours on Tuesday 21/11/2023.
