Al Meera Consumer Goods Company announced the amendment of Articles (7/6/5) of the company’s bylaws in line with the decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly regarding approving an increase in the company’s capital by 6,000,000 riyals, (six million Qatari riyals) distributed over 6,000,000 shares, ( Six million shares) so that the company’s capital will be 206,000,000 riyals (two hundred and six million Qatari riyals), distributed among 206,000,000 shares (two hundred and six million shares).
